Supports clients in projects, creating tailor-made internal employee documentation (regulations, agreements, benefits, option schemes, employment contracts, managerial contracts, contracts related to non-standard forms of employment, as well as non-competition and confidentiality agreements).

Has experience in transaction advice, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring projects. Carries out due diligences and vendor due diligences and develops top management employment structures.

Deals with issues involving the employment of foreign nationals in Poland and in the European Union and the posting of workers abroad.

Represents employers in disputes with employees, with the Social Security Institution, the State Labour Inspectorate and the Voivodship Labour Office. Has experience as a mediator and negotiator with, e.g. trade unions and employee representatives.

Runs training courses, workshops and webinars for businesses and HR and People & Culture professionals.

Author of numerous articles on labour law published, inter alia, in Rzeczpospolita, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna and bankier.pl.
