Katarzyna Biarda

Katarzyna specialises in M&A transactions involving public companies and venture capital and private equity funds. She supports clients in the development of transaction structures and the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation not only in M&A processes, but also in transactions involving financing, the establishment of collateral and the disposal of debt portfolios on both a national and international level. Katarzyna is active in the startup and venture capital market, advising on startup funding rounds, including the pre-seed stage. She has extensive practical experience in regulatory advice to Polish and foreign financial institutions and fintechs, including payment and lending institutions.
