Agnieszka Chwiałkowska

A partner at WKB Lawyers, Agnieszka co-heads the Public Procurement practice. She specialises in public procurement law, PPP and concessions for construction works and services, as well as electromobility matters. She assists both awarding entities and contractors in all matters relating to the public procurement process, including representation before relevant bodies in relation to legal protection measures. Agnieszka gained her experience working for clients in the transport, energy and communal services sectors. She has been advising on infrastructure and energy projects of strategic importance for national security. Agnieszka is also an EU funding expert and represents clients benefiting from EU funds before managing authorities.
