Maciej Orkusz

Maciej specialises in litigation and arbitration as well as civil and commercial law. He has extensive experience in representing banks and represents entities from the financial sector in administrative court proceedings from complaints against decisions of the FSA and BFG. In addition, Maciej handles a number of litigation and arbitration cases arising from commercial contracts, construction contracts and real estate and M&A transactions. He has extensive experience in the field of infrastructure disputes, including those concerning the valorisation of construction contracts and the settlement of contracts drafted on the basis of FIDIC Contract Conditions.
