Bartosz Karolczyk

Practice Areas

Bartosz specialises in commercial disputes, especially corporate disputes and compensation cases, in particular against the State Treasury. He also has extensive experience in disputes between financial institutions and consumers. Bartosz also represents clients in arbitration proceedings. He has successfully appeared before the Supreme Court on many occasions. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, as well as from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
