Heads the largest team of legal experts on infrastructure and energy in Poland. Specialises in infrastructure and transport projects, including greenfield investments and acquisitions of existing undertakings. Advises clients in the energy, rail, road and air, construction, waste management, water, industrial manufacturing, public services and private equity infrastructure funds sectors. Advises both private and public sector on project risk structuring and management, and on drawing up and negotiating contracts. He is involved in the implementation of complex undertakings, both domestic and international, including sector M&A transactions and those implemented by public-private partnerships (PPP), including concessions for works and services. Advises on undertakings co-financed by EU funds or other state aid, including restructuring aid, and represents clients in state aid proceedings before the European Commission. Responsible for co-ordinating services for Chinese and Japanese clients.
