Karl Gunderson

Karl Gunderson has spent his career working on large-scale, complex litigation and government investigations. His experience extends across the lifecycle of high-stakes matters, with a focus on multidistrict litigations, complex mass torts, restructuring, and antitrust.

Karl’s practice focuses on the intersection of traditional E-Discovery strategy and the complex fact-development and information management required in the most complicated matters. In this role, Karl frequently helps to design and implement innovative document and data analytics workflows to leverage information to drive litigation strategy.
