Justin Solomon

Justin W. Solomon is a partner in Kirkland’s Los Angeles Investment Funds practice. With over 15 years of experience, Justin is a trusted advisor to many of the nation’s leading private equity firms. In addition to his work with established firms, Justin frequently represents emerging managers in spin-out negotiations, management company start-ups and first-time fund formations and advises clients on a variety of internal economic and governance matters, including employee departures, succession negotiations, long-range planning and strategic transactions, such as seed deals and minority stake sales.
