Justin Coddington is an employee benefits partner in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He has significant experience advising clients with respect to employee benefits and executive compensation matters. His practice is focused primarily on advising clients on employee benefits and executive compensation aspects of corporate transactions. He also has significant experience in the design, implementation, and administration of all types of employee benefit plans, including 401(k) plans, profit sharing plans, ESOPs, pension plans, cash balance plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, and welfare benefit plans.
