刘俊律师从2000年开始执业， 主要业务领域为房地产开发管理和运营，企业破产清算和重整。刘俊律师长期为万科、华润、绿地、华侨城、荣盛、复地、建发、融信等十余家知名房地产企业提供法律顾问服务，并先后主持和参与上百个土地、房产并购项目法律服务，为客户提供尽职调查、论证交易方案及税收筹划；为上百个房产开发项目和物业运营项目提供全程法律服务；代理了数百件诉讼及仲裁案件，擅长于房地产领域中涉及项目并购、、规划建设、物业出售和租赁、项目融资、工程建设、项目招商运营等各个环节的法律实务，具有丰富经验。

刘俊律师长期以来还参与或者承办若干企业破产清算和重整案件，担任破产管理人，代表债权人或者债务人代理涉及破产诉讼案件，参与债权清收和重整等。

Attorney Liu Jun has been practicing law since 2000. His primary practice areas are real estate development, management, and operations, as well as corporate bankruptcy liquidation and restructuring.

Attorney Liu has provided long-term legal advisory services to more than ten well-known real estate enterprises, including Vanke, China Resources, Greenland, Overseas Chinese Town, Risesun, Forte, C&D, and Ronshine. He has led or participated in legal services for over a hundred land and real estate M&A projects, offering clients due diligence, transaction structuring analysis, and tax planning. He has also provided full-process legal services for over a hundred property development and operational projects and has represented clients in hundreds of litigation and arbitration cases. He possesses extensive expertise in the legal实务 of all stages of real estate projects, including project M&A, planning and construction, property sales and leasing, project financing, engineering construction, and project investment promotion and operations.

Furthermore, Attorney Liu has long been involved in or handled several corporate bankruptcy liquidation and restructuring cases. He has served as an administrator, represented both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy-related litigation, and participated in debt collection and restructuring proceedings.
