Judson Oswald is a Debt Finance partner in Kirkland’s New York office. Judson focuses his practice on syndicated and private credit debt financing transactions as well as bank/bridge committed financing and other structured financings.

Further recognized for his expert representation of private equity funds and their portfolio companies, he advises private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and other private and public companies in connection with complex secured and unsecured debt financing transactions, including leveraged acquisition financings, senior and subordinated lending transactions, first and second lien, bridge, mezzanine and asset-based financings and cross-border financings.
