Józef Palinka

Józef specialises in court and arbitration disputes and in corporate law. He has acted for clients in common and arbitration courts and in the Supreme Court in, e.g. numerous construction and corporate disputes and in bank-related cases. He has extensive experience in advising on share purchase transactions, including in privatisation processes. In the years 1990-1992 he was an adviser to the Minister of Finance on banking and insurance law and in 1993-1997 was a member of a group of experts at the Ministry of Privatisation. Józef has authored many publications on company law and litigation.
