Georgetown University Law Center, J.D., 2009 (cum laude); Davidson College, B.A., 2004 (magna cum laude). Served as an infantry officer in U.S. Army and deployed in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Also is director of Team Rubicon, an international non-government organization specializing in disaster response.
