Jocelyn Hirsch is the Global Head of Kirkland’s Fund Finance Group, which is comprised of 48 total attorneys. Her practice primarily focuses on the representation of private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in complex financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, cross-border facilities, asset-based facilities and sponsor capital call/subscription, NAV facilities and Fund Topco Financings.
