Jocelyn A Hirsch

Jocelyn Hirsch is the Global Head of Kirkland’s Fund Finance Group, which is comprised of 48 total attorneys. Her practice primarily focuses on the representation of private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in complex financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, cross-border facilities, asset-based facilities and sponsor capital call/subscription, NAV facilities and Fund Topco Financings. Her experience in private equity covers multiple sectors including real estate, energy, infrastructure, secondary and financial services funds with aggregate funds raised totaling tens of billions of dollars. Jocelyn’s client list spans the globe and includes Ares, Golub Capital, GTCR, HGGC, Landmark, HG Capital, BC Partners, Softbank, JPM Infrastructure, LS Power, Summit Partners, TPG, Vista Equity Partners and Warburg Pincus, among others.
