DZP has advised the shareholders of PSMM Sp. z o.o. on the conclusion of an agreement to sell 100% of its shares to IMM S.A. The two companies operate in the field of monitoring and analytics of media content in both Polish and foreign media (internet, social media, press, radio and television).
The cooperation between PSMM and IMM will increase their competitiveness on the media market and strengthen the technological and financial potential of the two organisations. The transaction will enable the use of integrated resources, technologies and knowledge to expand even more effectively onto foreign markets, and will also help the companies to develop innovative products and services and to access new industries.
