Joe is a senior partner of JunHe and is practicing law at JunHe Shanghai Office. He is also the co-head of JunHe M&A department.

Joe’s practice focuses on corporate and M&A, private equity/venture capital, foreign direct investments and Chinese company outbound investments.

Joe advises multinational corporate clients and private equity funds on their investments and M&A transactions in China (acting as acquirers or sellers), including control acquisitions public and private companies, minority investments, take-private, divestures, joint ventures, restructurings, liquidations and other cross-border transactions.
