Jessica Davidson

Jessica is responsible for overall case coordination and strategy, expert development and law and motions in numerous MDL and state-court coordinated proceedings involving pharmaceutical products, medical devices and other consumer products and services. She has extensive appellate experience before state and federal courts of appeals and frequently advises clients on appellate strategy. Jessica has been involved in several major federal legislative efforts and has written extensively on class action and tort reform issues. She speaks frequently at seminars and symposia on litigation-related issues, including numerous appearances before industry groups, legal and tort reform organizations and judicial conferences.

Worked for the late U.S. Senators Frank Lautenberg and Bob Graham; the Federal Trade Commission, Office of General Counsel.
