He is particularly known for advising private equity clients in high-stakes situations involving complexity, urgency and challenging stakeholder dynamics.

Jeremy is widely recognized as a market leader in transactional risk solutions for private equity sponsors. He was at the forefront of developing and commercializing transactional risk insurance products, including representations and warranties insurance, and today leads Kirkland’s national transactional risk insurance practice.
