Jeremy is a trusted advisor to private equity funds, leading companies, family offices, and business owners, guiding them through the structuring and negotiation of sophisticated transactions. His expertise spans domestic and cross-border deals, divestitures, acquisitions, distressed M&A (including bankruptcy and out-of-court restructurings), and equity financings. Notably, Jeremy was at the forefront of developing and popularizing transactional risk insurance products, such as representations and warranty insurance, and currently leads Kirkland's national transactional risk insurance practice.

Beyond his transactional work, Jeremy champions the use of technology to innovate the delivery of premium legal services and enhance value for Kirkland's clients. He is recognized as a business-focused advisor who employs a win-win negotiation strategy, leveraging his deep and diverse experience across industries and deal types to achieve optimal outcomes. Furthermore, Jeremy leads Kirkland's Miami office, established in 2022, which has quickly expanded to a team of approximately 70 attorneys.
