He regularly counsels companies facing public affairs challenges at the intersection of law and policy and prepares CEOs and senior executives to testify before Congress.

Jeremy’s practice focuses on government and internal investigations, regulatory counseling and crisis management assistance. A trusted counselor to some of the world’s highest-profile companies and financial institutions, he provides investigations-related guidance, regulatory advice and strategic counseling in a broad range of criminal, civil and congressional matters. He has also co-authored a chapter on Congressional Investigations in a treatise published by Thomson Reuters, and serves as a Senior Lecturing Fellow at Duke Law School teaching a course on congressional investigations in the private sector.

Prior to studying law, Jeremy served as a political consultant providing strategic communications counseling to political candidates seeking statewide office across the country.
