A trusted counselor to some of the world’s highest-profile companies and financial institutions, he provides investigations-related guidance, regulatory advice and strategic counseling in a broad range of criminal, civil and congressional matters. He has also co-authored a chapter on Congressional Investigations in a treatise published by Thomson Reuters.

Prior to studying law, Jeremy served as a political consultant providing strategic communications counseling to political candidates seeking statewide office across the country.
