  • Defends and represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including class and collective wage and hour actions as well as multi-plaintiff and individual disputes involving discrimination (race, sex, age, religion and disability), non-competition, labor/management disputes, wrongful termination, retaliation, defamation, and breach of contract claims.
  • Litigates cases in state and federal courts as well as before various government agencies (EEOC, DOL, NLRB, etc.). 
  • Represents management before the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”) in all aspects of union-management relations, including union organizing campaigns, representation elections, unfair labor practice charges, and collective bargaining.
  • Conducts workplace investigations for public and private clients. 
  • Offers in-depth knowledge of deal negotiation and documentation; intellectual property protection, including non-compete enforcement and defense.
