Jason Krochak

Jason Krochak is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He maintains a broad-based corporate practice, with a particular focus on advising clients in the sports, media and gaming industries.

Jason represents a diverse range of clients, including private capital firms, professional sports teams and owners, sports leagues, college conferences, financial institutions, sportsbooks and other strategic companies in sports and adjacent industries. Jason advises on a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, league expansions, financings and governance matters, as well as naming rights, sponsorship, media, licensing and various other commercial agreements.

He serves on the Advisory Board of Legal Outreach, an organization that prepares urban youth from underserved communities in New York City to compete at high academic levels. In partnership with Legal Outreach, he created the “Sports, Business and Law” clinic, an annual program in which eighth-grade students participate in a mock NBA Expansion Workshop.
