Mr. Ma joined JunHe in 1997. Prior to that, Mr. Ma has practiced in the U.S. (Atlanta, Georgia) in the areas of general corporate as well as commercial litigation. He currently practices in JunHe’s Beijing office. His experience includes representing multinational companies in direct investments and mergers and acquisitions in various industries, and acting as lead counsel in a number of major transactions. For many years, he has also served as local counsel to some Fortune 500 companies handling their general corporate matters and projects in China and in some other Asian countries. Additionally, he has extensive experience in handling compliance matters for multinational clients, counseling on legal issues and involving enforcement agencies in China, the U.S. and some European countries.

Mr. Ma is a member of the All-China Bar Association and a member of the State Bar of Georgia in the United States.
