Gregory Keating is recognized as a national authority in the area of whistleblowing and retaliation. He routinely advises clients on best practices to effectuate a robust compliance program and foster transparency in the workplace. Keating also has conducted dozens of high-stakes investigations in the workplace, often involving alleged wrongdoing by senior executives. He litigates a wide range of whistleblower cases and has extensive experience handling matters arising under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), the Dodd-Frank Act, the False Claims Act and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Keating is the author of Whistleblowing and Retaliation, now in its 6th edition. He frequently speaks on whistleblower developments around the U.S. and abroad and is regularly quoted in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The Economist and Bloomberg BNA.

The Secretary of Labor nominated Keating to serve on the Whistleblower Protection Advisory Committee for two terms from 2012 to 2016. In addition, he testified in the United States Senate in 2014 on best practices for an effective compliance program.

In addition to his active whistleblowing practice, Keating has spent considerable time representing clients in the retail and healthcare industries.
