Jennifer Swain has represented management in employment matters for more than 25 years. Her practice includes litigation in state and federal courts, as well as before arbitrators, the Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and other state and federal agencies. Swain also has experience handling class and systemic cases brought by the EEOC.
