Career
Gregory Fisher practices general and complex commercial litigation with an emphasis in appellate litigation; labor and employment law; business torts; trade secrets; restrictive covenants; and computer security litigation. He works with clients to avoid costly litigation whenever possible and helps find creative solutions to business problems.
Fisher has a broad range of experience in jury trials and appeals when litigation is necessary. He has represented clients in state and federal court, before administrative agencies, and in arbitration proceedings. Fisher's experience includes clerkships with the Hon. Barry G. Silverman; U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit; and John W. Sedwick, Chief Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska.
He has been published in national and regional law reviews and journals and regularly presents to civic and trade associations in Alaska.
