Gabor Balassa

Gabor Balassa is a litigation partner and trial lawyer. Gabor has successfully tried significant commercial disputes in federal and state courts and in arbitrations across the country, including in Chicago, Dallas, Houston, New York, Omaha, Pittsburgh, Tampa and Wilmington. He has represented a diverse client base, ranging from major airlines, to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, telecommunications, and oil & gas companies, to big-four accounting firms, to private-equity firms. Gabor’s broad experience encompasses class actions, breach of contract, fiduciary breach, professional malpractice, common-law and securities fraud, fraudulent transfer and non-compete matters.
