Filippo Cassola is an expert of maritime and transport law, within which he gained a broad experience at Studio Legale Berlingieri until the integration with ADVANT Nctm. His activity includes, in particular, shipping litigation, conserva-tive arrests of vessels, mortgages, hypotheques, maritime claims and liens, port state, control, insurance matters and loss of cargo. He also deals with ship finance, shipbuilding contracts, sale and purchase of vessels, registration matters as well as yachting. He is member of the Italian Maritime Law Associa-tion and contributes to the journal IL DIRITTO MARITTIMO®.
