Federico Trutalli, Equity Partner, expertise includes domestic and international tax, M&A and corporate restructuring focused on foreign inbound/outbound transactions. He handles complex tax structuring for M&A and real estate transactions, tax litigation and negotiating settlements with the tax administration involving major multinationals and national groups, such as: Vodafone, Ceetrus/Auchan, Morgan Stanley, IllyCaffè, Ardian, Compass Group and others. Before joining Nctm more than 20 years ago, he practiced with other authoritative tax and law firms, in Milan and London.
