Ms. He’s legal experience includes one year practice in the legal department of a Global Fortune 500 company in Tokyo, where she advised on Chinese-related transactions, and one year practice in the Chicago headquarters of a leading international law firm, where she advised U.S. clients on investment and trade in China. Ms. He has practiced in China since March 2001 with JunHe LLP.

Ms. He has more than 20 years of experience practicing Chinese law, focusing on M&As, joint ventures, general corporate matters and various commercial transactions. Since joining JunHe, Ms. He has been involved in many high-profile cross-border M&A deals (both inbound and outbound) and joint venture transactions in various industrial sectors. She has also advised a number of clients on general corporate matters and has been involved in various types of commercial transactions.

Ms. He is a visiting professor at the Lawyer College of Renmin University of China and National Lawyers College teaching M&A courses.

Career

Ms. He is a member of All-China Bar Association. She is also a member of the State Bar of New York.

Publications

Ms. He is one of the key partners in JunHe’s Outobund Investment Department. Since 2011, she has led the preparation and publication of JunHe’s annual Outbound Investment Business Research Report every year.

Additionally, as a primary author, Ms. He has participated in drafting the "China Enterprises Outbound Investment Guide," which includes contributions from law firms in 26 different countries and regions. This guide, a major outbound investment publication of JunHe, was published by Peking University Press.
