Devora is a leader in the Firm’s antitrust litigation practice and serves as co-lead counsel in United States v. Apple. She has been lead counsel for nearly thirty Sherman Act cases in the past few years and is currently representing clients in some of the largest and most high-profile antitrust cases in the country. Devora also has significant trial experience, including a recent victory for Gilead Sciences in a high-stakes jury trial involving billions of dollars in antitrust claims. Her clients include Apple, Chevron, GlaxoSmithKline, Starwood Capital Group, Teva, and Upsher-Smith Laboratories.
