Dennis is a premier corporate healthcare partner who leads the healthcare regulatory team which focuses on healthcare and life science entities and related companies. He is regularly and critically engaged in transactional, regulatory, structural and enforcement matters tied to some of the largest and most complex healthcare M&A deals on behalf of private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, corporate clients, hospitals, providers and technology platforms.

Coupled with his multifaceted knowledge of the legal aspects of healthcare transactions, Dennis offers a unique firsthand perspective gleaned from his time spent as a registered critical care nurse at New York Presbyterian, Weill Cornell Medical Center.

He advises clients on an extensive array of healthcare-related issues including those involving mergers and acquisitions, structuring, a broad range of federal and multistate-related matters including fraud and abuse, licensure, corporate practice of medicine and telemedicine, compliance, risk management, enrollment and reimbursement matters. He also actively participates in pro bono activities serving the healthcare industry on behalf of numerous not-for-profit organizations.
