Dean Shulman represents clients on a wide range of domestic and international tax matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, tax-free spin-offs, leveraged buyouts and IPOs. Dean has extensive experience advising on and structuring complex transactions for numerous private equity clients, including Blackstone, KKR, Thomas H Lee and Carlyle. He also regularly represents high-profile public companies such as Verizon, Eli Lilly, Walgreen’s, Danaher, Celanese Corporation and Kellanova.
