David Feirstein is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and securities law matters, and corporate governance. He regularly represents public companies, private equity sponsors and private companies in a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-out transactions, spin-offs and joint ventures.
