David Ebby represents lenders in all facets of construction and permanent lending, including leasehold financing and large multistate portfolio loans. He represents some of the country’s largest insurance companies and regularly closes commercial mortgage loan transactions exceeding $100 million. He also regularly represents office and retail landlords and several Fortune 500 companies in connection with their U.S. real estate needs. He is deputy chair of the firm’s real estate group.
