Craig S. Primis

Craig is a trial lawyer with deep experience defending America’s leading companies like Honeywell, Boeing, Accenture, and UnitedHealth in their most challenging commercial disputes. He has defended clients in corporate disputes, class actions, and litigation and investigations brought by state and federal governments. His work covers diverse areas including antitrust, securities and accounting fraud, trade secrets, False Claims Act, mergers and acquisitions, product liability, breach of contract and fraud.
