Chad Husnick represents debtors, creditors, equity holders and other stakeholders in all aspects of corporate liability management, restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. He has represented clients in a variety of industries, including energy, real estate, hospitality, gaming, retail, manufacturing, media, transportation and infrastructure. Career
Chad is a Conferee and member of the Executive Committee in the National Bankruptcy Conference, an invitation-only group of 60 judges, academics and practitioners formed in the Great Depression to assist Congress with drafting bankruptcy legislation. Chad is also a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy and a member of the International Insolvency Institute, the American Bankruptcy Institute and Turnaround Management Association. Also, he is a Lecturer in the Law at the University of Chicago Law School and has guest lectured at Harvard Law School, Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania, and Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.
