Brittany Sakowitz

Brittany Sakowitz is a partner in Kirkland’s M&A and private equity practice. She represents private equity and credit sponsors, their portfolio companies and other public and private businesses on equity and structured investments, strategic transactions, and joint ventures. Brittany counsels clients in a broad range of industries with a focus on infrastructure, energy, services, and technology.
