Brittany Sakowitz is a partner in Kirkland’s M&A and private equity practice. Brittany represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies and other public and private companies in connection with strategic transactions, control and minority investments, venture capital, and joint ventures. Brittany counsels clients in a broad range of industries, including infrastructure, energy and energy services, technology and manufacturing.

Brittany has been selected to the Texas Rising Stars list, Super Lawyers (Thomson Reuters) each year from 2014 to 2023.
