Practice Areas

Asheesh is one of the leaders of Kirkland & Ellis’ government & internal investigations practice and is also a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. He focuses his practice on advising clients on securities enforcement matters, including internal and government investigations and enforcement actions. Asheesh has substantial experience advising on enforcement matters and transactional issues involving the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other related laws, financial statement and disclosure issues, insider trading and other securities enforcement issues.
