Anne Kim

Anne’s practice focuses on advising public and private companies in both taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, cross-border transactions, recapitalizations and formation of joint ventures. She has significant experience representing private equity firms and asset managers in all aspects of transactions, including secondaries transactions, liquidity solutions for private fund sponsors and asset management M&A. She also advises clients on the tax aspects of capital markets transactions and debt restructurings. Anne has over the years been recognized in International Tax Review, The Legal 500, LA Times Studios and Los Angeles Business Journal.
