Allison represents major public and privately-held companies, individuals and tax-exempt entities faced with congressional and government investigations. Having previously served in the White House Counsel’s Office and on Capitol Hill, Allison brings her extensive experience to bear when guiding clients through high-stakes inquiries. She is well-versed in handling parallel inquiries by congressional committees and government agencies, as well as in litigation. She is also a trusted advisor in developing risk mitigation strategies, advising Boards of Directors, and managing crisis scenarios. Her broad practice has covered matters where health care, financial, consumer, energy, and technology issues are under scrutiny.
Allison previously served as Associate Counsel in the White House, providing legal advice to senior Executive Branch officials and dealing with congressional investigations. Also, she was Chief Oversight Counsel of the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis, as well as Counsel for the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations.
