Allison Brown

Alli Brown is a nationally recognized trial lawyer who represents clients in high-stakes jury trials and has a proven record of success in the most challenging jurisdictions around the country. She has served as lead trial counsel in a wide range of complex matters, including product liability, mass torts, False Claims Act, Anti-Kick Back Statute, and trademark cases. Alli was honored with The American Lawyer’s Litigator of the Year award for her “herculean efforts on behalf of clients facing existential challenges.” Noting her “against all odds” jury trial wins, AmLaw described her work in “the most high-stakes, high profile cases” as “off the charts.” Most recently, Alli lead the trial team that secured a defense verdict in the first trial in the Uber sexual assault litigation. Alli delivered the opening and closing statements and conducted the key witness examinations. She currently leads numerous multi-district litigations and state coordinated proceedings. Alli is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Attorneys and is repeatedly recognized by The American Lawyer, Benchmark Litigation, and other leading organizations.
