Alexandra Schwarzman represents debtors, creditors, equity holders and other stakeholders in all aspects of corporate liability management, restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. Alex also advises boards of directors and senior management of distressed companies regarding fiduciary duties and corporate governance. Alex has represented companies, buyers, sponsors and lenders in insolvency situations across a variety of industries, including energy, automotive, retail, hospitality, media, and healthcare.
