Alex founded and leads the Global Sustainability Practice Group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She advises private equity firms, banks and insurers, and public and private companies from a range of sectors on complex and evolving legal issues relating to sustainability-related investor demands, regulatory requirements, strategic transactions, and investigations. Alex advises clients on a range of topics including sustainability regulation and disclosure, anti-sustainability risks, impact investing, sustainability-linked financings, and climate and energy transition-focused funds, transactions and projects. She works with clients operating and investing in a range of sectors, including energy, technology, consumer services and products, and health care.
