Adam Griffin is a debt finance partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Adam focuses his practice on U.S. domestic and international project and other complex structured financing transactions across energy and infrastructure sectors. He has significant experience with renewable and conventional energy project financings and equity transactions, including tax equity and other structured equity transactions. He also advises clients across numerous other energy and infrastructure financing and investment transactions, as well as complex and novel commodities transactions for energy and infrastructure projects.
