Dispute Resolution:

■ Represented two leading Chinese bank underwriters in a series of bond misrepresentation lawsuits in the Beijing Financial Court; so far, one client achieved a complete victory and the case was cited as exemplary

■ Represented a US investor in the Shanghai Financial Court in the recognition of a US$44 million U.S. court judgment arising from a NASDAQ securities fraud case

■ Represented Red Bull Vitamin Drink and prevailed in a trial involving RMB100 million in damage claims before the China International Commercial Court of the Supreme People's Court
