For HK IPOs, we have facilitated the listing of Yixin Group Limited on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as PRC counsel to the issuer.We also represented Zhongan Insurance and Huifu Payment Limited in their listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as PRC counsel to the underwriter.
