Before joining Han Kun in 2021, Ms. Shi was with Baker McKenzie LLP Shanghai Representative Office for more than eight years, and then with Yuanda Law Offices for another five years. Ms. Shi focuses her practice on compliance (specifically anti-bribery, FCPA, anti-fraud, anti-monopoly, competition laws, commercial secret protections and related risk assessment, compliance system setup and investigations), general corporate, and regulatory and governmental affairs. Ms. Shi is experienced in dealing with both Chinese and international legal matters and has handled many complex cases and significant projects for both international and domestic clients in a variety of areas. She represents clients across diverse industries, focusing on pharmaceuticals, medical devices, life sciences, automobile, food and beverage, entertainment, industrial product manufacturing, retail and technology industries, etc. She also has extensive experience in dealing with government inquiries and investigations from various compliance aspects (including commercial bribery, advertising non-compliance, anti-trust issues, government procurement and bidding compliance issues, etc.).
