Career

Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Xie worked for several leading international and Chinese law firms. Mr. Xie also serves as Guest Lecturer at the Advanced Program on International Legal Services at Peking University Law School, Off-Campus Supervisor of the Master of Law degree at the University of International Business and Economics, and Steering Group Member of International Corporate Counsel Committee of the American Bar Association.

Experience

Mr. Xie has over fourteen years of antitrust and compliance experience, having assisted a number of leading Chinese and international companies in merger filing, antitrust investigations, foreign investment review and other compliance matters. Mr. Xie has extensive experience in handling merger and foreign investment review filings for global and domestic M&A deals, including both China filings for global transactions and antitrust and foreign investment review filings for Chinese outbound investments globally. Mr. Xie has also represented a number of leading Chinese and international clients in antitrust investigations in China.
