Career

Xinfeng (Elsa) Zhang is a banking and finance lawyer. She has extensive experience acting for financiers, lessors and airlines in all aspects of aircraft finance and lease (including cross-border direct lease, LILO, tax structured lease, sale and lease-back). Every year she represented clients in purchase, sale and financing of dozens of corporate jets and advised clients in related aircraft management contracts. She advised many foreign and domestic clients in airline default, debts restructuring and aircraft repossession. She also regularly represented clients in bilateral and syndicated loans, acquisition finance transactions, and financial regulatory matters.
