Career

TieCheng Yang began practising PRC law in 1994. Before joining Han Kun, he was a partner at Clifford Chance, where he headed the firm's financial regulatory practice in China. TieCheng has over 30 years' experience advising clients on China's financial markets, including RMB internationalization, banking, bonds, securities, insurance, derivatives, structured products, fund investment (QFIs and QDIIs), data protection, cyber-security and Fintech. He focuses on financial regulations, and has over the years made significant contributions to the developments of China’s financial markets.
